ALTAR GUILD - 1 person per Sunday - check in @ 9:30 - training required - serve once-a-month
Looking for detail people who like working behind the scenes.
     Prepare the altar for communion: set out bread & wine, communion vessels, altar hanging, candles and offering plates.            
     Clear altar after worship, wash the dishes, track worship attendance in the Register of Services book.
     Also prepare for special services and baptisms.

SET UP TEAM - 2-3 people per Sunday - check in @ 9:30 - lifting required - serve once-a-month
Looking for hard workers who can be counted on to get the job done.
     Set up sound equipment: speakers, cords, stands, cables, mic stands, sound board.
     Set up chapel: move altar, pipe & drape, lectern, signs, prayer board.
     Set up fellowship: tables, coffee, snacks, drinks, ice chest.

GRUSHERS - 2-4 people per Sunday - check in @ 10:00 - smiling required - serve once-a-month
Looking for out-going people who like to smile and make new friends
     Greet visitors outside the chapel: in parking lot, at top of stairs, by chapel doors.
     Fold & stuff handouts prior to worship.
     Collect the offering during the offertory
     Host fellowship on porch after worship.
     Tear down chapel & fellowship after worship.

SERVERS - 2 people per Sunday - check in @ 10:00 - training required - serve once-a-month
Looking for up-front leaders who are not afraid to read out loud.
     Serve as lay readers during worship, reading old or new testament lesson.
     Lead the Nicene Creed and the Prayers of the People during worship.
     Serve a chalice during communion.
     Count the offering after worship. Make sure money goes to correct person for deposit.

MUSIC TEAM - 6 people per Sunday - check in @ 9:30 - audition required - serve TWICE-a-month
Looking for musical people who can sing and/or play an instrument.
     Lead worship with Andy and the band.
     Play your instrument. Sing back-up vocals. Run the sound board.
     It’s not performing, this is using your gifts to lead God’s people in worship.

A/V TEAM - 2 people per Sunday - check in @ 9:30 - training required - serve once-a-month
Looking for tech people who like working behind the scenes.
     Run the computer slideshow during worship.
     Run the audio system and microphones.
     Run the video system and record the sermon.
     Be the producer who coordinates all the technology used in worship.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY - 2 people per Sunday - check in @ 10:0 - training required
Looking for people who love kids.
     Check-in kids to children’s ministry before worship.
     Hold babies in the nursery.
     Play with little kids in Godly Play.
     Teach big kids in Sunday school.
